1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rendara.com (the “Site”), operated by Rendara, Inc. (“Rendara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms govern use of the Site only. If you become a Rendara customer, the terms of your subscription, including pricing, service levels, hardware, and support, are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Rendara (a “Subscription Agreement”), which controls over these Terms as to the subscription services themselves in the event of a conflict.

2. Eligibility

The Site and the services described on it are intended for business and organizational use. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are using the Site on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity with the authority to do so.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, security, or availability
  • Use any automated system, including bots, scrapers, or spiders, to access the Site without our prior written consent
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content except as permitted under Section 4

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, robot renderings, and software, are owned by Rendara or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. “Rendara,” the Rendara logo, and product names including MotoClean, MotoServe, MotoServe Pro, MotoServe AutoDoor, and MotoGuide are trademarks of Rendara. You may view and download Site content for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of Rendara's services. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

5. Forms, Estimates, and Tools

5.1 General

The Site includes several interactive forms and tools, including a Contact form, a Schedule a Demo request, a financing inquiry form, and an ROI Calculator. Information submitted through these forms is subject to our Privacy Policy.

5.2 ROI Calculator disclaimer

The ROI Calculator provides directional estimates only, based on the inputs you provide and general industry benchmarks. These figures are estimates, not guarantees, and actual results will vary by facility, use case, and operating conditions. Nothing produced by the ROI Calculator constitutes a quote, offer, or binding commitment by Rendara.

5.3 Financing inquiry disclaimer

Submitting a financing inquiry does not guarantee approval or any specific financing terms. Rendara works with a third-party financing partner to evaluate financing inquiries. A soft credit pull reviews the business, not the person, and does not affect your personal credit score. Priority Approval, when available, will often be instant or under 2 hours, but approval times and outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on the information provided and the financing partner's own underwriting criteria.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites, tools, or services, including our financing partner and analytics providers such as Google Analytics. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or services.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RENDARA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY ESTIMATES, CALCULATIONS, OR CONTENT ON THE SITE ARE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC FACILITY OR USE CASE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENDARA AND ITS AFFILIATES, INCLUDING NOODOE GROUP INC, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF RENDARA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. RENDARA'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from a Subscription Agreement, which is governed separately by its own terms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rendara and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without notice.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
