Rendara (“Rendara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sets out in this Privacy Policy how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit rendara.com (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with the Site's forms, tools, and content.
This Policy covers the Site only. If you become a Rendara subscription customer, the handling of your account and operational data will be governed by your Subscription Agreement and any related data processing terms, not by this Policy.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

- Schedule a Demo requests
- The ROI Calculator
- Financing inquiry and pre-qualification forms
- Any newsletter or resource subscription forms
Depending on the form, this may include your name, business email address, phone number, job title, company name, facility type and size, estimated labor costs or headcount, and any other information you choose to provide in free-text fields.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including:

- Pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring and exit pages, and click activity

3.3 Information from third parties
If you submit a financing inquiry, our third-party financing partner may separately collect information from you, which may include a soft credit pull to evaluate priority approval. That processing is governed by the financing partner's own privacy notice, presented to you at the time of that inquiry, and is not covered by this Policy.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through the Contact form, demo requests, and financing inquiries
- Provide the ROI Calculator's directional estimates and follow up on results you request
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
- Measure Site traffic and performance using Google Analytics
- Deliver marketing communications about Rendara's solutions, where you have not opted out
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse of the Site
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use information submitted through Site forms to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
