1. About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Rendara uses cookies and similar technologies on rendara.com (the "Site"), what each one does, how long it lasts, and how you control it. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information generally.
2. What Cookies Are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store, so that the site can recognise your browser on a later page or a later visit. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which hold data inside your browser, and scripts loaded from another company's server, which receive your IP address and browser details as a normal part of delivering the file your browser asked for.
3. What This Site Stores Before You Choose
This Site is deliberately quiet by default. Until you interact with the cookie banner, it sets no cookies, writes nothing to local storage or session storage, and loads no third-party frames. We verified this with a page-by-page scan of the live site in August 2026, and we re-run that scan whenever a new script, tag or embed is added.

This is the only cookie Rendara sets today.
Bot protection on forms
Pages that carry a form also load Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile sets no cookie while it sits idle on a page. If it needs to issue a challenge during a submission, Cloudflare may set a __cf_bm or cf_clearance cookie in order to remember that the check has passed. These are strictly necessary, because the form cannot be protected against abuse without them.
5. Cookies That Appear Once Analytics Is Switched On
Rendara has installed the scaffolding for Google Analytics 4 but has not activated it. No analytics cookie is set on this Site today. When analytics is switched on, the cookies below will apply, and this policy will be updated on the same day.

Google Tag Manager sets no cookies of its own. It only loads other tags. Google Consent Mode is configured, so for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland none of these cookies are written unless you accept the Analytics category.

7. Third Parties Contacted When a Page Loads
The services below deliver code, fonts and images the Site needs in order to display. None of them set a cookie during our scan, but each receives your IP address and browser details as a normal part of delivering the file.

Fonts and two script libraries are served by Google. Because your browser must fetch them before the page can render, your IP address reaches Google before you have interacted with the banner. We disclose this so that the position is clear rather than implied.
8. Features That Set Nothing on This Site
- Booking a call. The booking control opens Microsoft Bookings in a new browser tab. Any cookies Microsoft sets are set on Microsoft's own domain, under Microsoft's own policies, not on rendara.com.
- Video. Videos are hosted by Rendara and played by your browser's built-in player. There is no YouTube or Vimeo embed on this Site, so no third-party video cookies are set.
- Links to other websites. Where the Site links out to a partner or a social network, that site's own cookie practices apply once you arrive there. We have no control over them.
9. International Transfers
Several of the providers listed above are based in the United States or operate global networks. Where information is transferred out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, that transfer relies on the safeguards described in the International Data Transfers section of our Privacy Policy.
10. How to Change Your Choices
Select Cookie preferences in the footer of any page. The preference centre opens with your current settings, and any change applies from the moment you save it.
Clearing your browser's cookies deletes the fs-cc record along with everything else, so the banner will ask again on your next visit.
11. Controlling Cookies in Your Browser
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies from its own settings, independently of anything on this Site. Instructions are in the help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge. If you block all cookies, the Site cannot remember your preferences, so the banner will reappear on every visit.
12. Changes to This Policy
We update this policy whenever we add a script, tag or embed that changes what is stored on your device. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
